About Destiny
Destiny Pitts grew up in Detroit, Michigan, where she attended Detroit Country Day High School — a two-time state champion and one of the most decorated guards in Michigan high school history. She went on to play Division I basketball at the University of Minnesota, where she earned All-Big Ten Honors, All-Big Ten Academic recognition, and was named Big Ten Freshman of the Year, before transferring to Texas A&M University.
At Texas A&M, Destiny earned All-SEC Academic honors, was named 6th Woman of the Year, helped the Aggies win an SEC Championship, and made a run to the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16. She graduated as the program's all-time leader in 3-point field goal percentage before taking her career international — competing professionally in Greece, Egypt, Nicaragua, Mexico, Mozambique, and beyond.
Pitts Development is the culmination of everything she has learned: elite technique, international perspective, and the mental tools that separate good players from great ones.

Most camps give you drills and send you home. Pitts Development goes deeper. Every camp and training program includes dedicated film study sessions and mental preparation workshops — run in a classroom setting, just like college and pro programs.
Athletes don't just work on their body — they work on their mind and their basketball IQ. They leave not just better players, but smarter, more confident competitors who understand the game at a higher level.

Athletes watch real game footage and break down plays, positioning, and decision-making in a structured classroom environment. Learning to see the game is just as important as learning to play it.
Classroom sessions dedicated to building confidence, managing pressure, developing focus, and training the mental side of competition — the part most programs completely ignore.
Everything from the classroom gets applied immediately on the court. Athletes reinforce what they learned mentally through purposeful, game-speed reps with elite coaching.

Mentorship
Pitts Development mentorship goes beyond the gym. It is about helping youth and college athletes navigate the pressures, decisions, and mindset challenges that come with the game — and life itself.
Mentorship sessions include film review — breaking down your athlete's actual game footage together, identifying strengths, exposing blind spots, and building a clear picture of what needs to improve and why.

Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our refund policy applies to all training sessions, mentorship programs, and camp registrations. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to destinypitts03@gmail.com.
Full refund minus a $25 processing fee for cancellations made 30 or more days in advance.
50% refund of the registration or session fee for cancellations made 15–29 days in advance.
25% refund OR a full credit toward a future session for cancellations made 7–14 days in advance.
No cash refund, but a full credit toward a future session for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows or cancellations without prior notice.
If an athlete is unable to attend due to injury or illness, a full credit toward a future session will be issued with a doctor's note — regardless of timing. Your athlete's health always comes first.
In the unlikely event that a session or program is cancelled by Pitts Development, all registered clients will receive a full refund — no questions asked.
